Ženske v Sloveniji zaslužile 99,4 % vrednosti place moških Po mednarodno sprejetih standardih se kot osnova za izracunavanje razlik med placami žensk in placami moških uporabljajo bruto place za placano uro; po teh standardih so ženske v Sloveniji za leto 2010 zaslužile v povprecju 99,4 % vrednosti povprecne bruto place moških. Ženske so namrec za placano uro prejele v povprecju 8,51 EUR bruto, moški pa v povprecju 8,56 EUR bruto. Do razlike prihaja zaradi razlicne razporeditve moških in žensk po dejavnostih, poklicih, izobrazbi, starosti in zaradi drugih dejavnikov. V treh dejavnostih je bila povprecna placa žensk višja od povprecne place moških, in sicer v naslednjih: promet in skladišcenje, oskrba z vodo, ravnanje z odplakami in odpadki, saniranje okolja ter gradbeništvo. Razlog za višjo povprecno placo žensk v omenjenih dejavnostih je bila poklicna in izobrazbena struktura; delež žensk z višjo šolsko izobrazbo in bolje placanim poklicem je bil namrec v teh dejavnostih vecji od deleža moških. Ne glede na to pa je bil delež žensk v teh dejavnostih precej nižji od deleža moških (18,9 %, 22,2 % in 11,8 %). Bruto place žensk v dejavnosti promet in skladišcenje so bile v povprecju višje od bruto plac moških za 21,0 %, v dejavnosti oskrba z vodo, ravnanje z odplakami in odpadki, saniranje okolja za 15,9 % in v dejavnosti gradbeništvo za 15,4 %. I. In Slovenia women earned 99.4% of men’s earnings According to the internationally accepted standards used for the calculation of the differences between men's and women's earnings, where gross earnings for paid hours are used as the basis, for 2010 in Slovenia women's gross earnings were on average 99.4% of men's gross earnings. Average women’s gross earnings per paid hour amounted to EUR 8.51, while average men’s gross earnings per paid hour amounted to EUR 8.56. There is a difference in earnings by sex, due to a different number of men and women by activities, occupations, education, age and other factors. In three activities women on average earned more than men did: in transportation and storage, in water supply, sewerage, waste management and remediation activities, and in construction. The reasons are the professional and educational structure, as in these three activities there were higher shares of women with higher educational level and better paid jobs than their male counterparts, while the shares of women employed in these activities were lower than the shares of men (18.9%, 22.2% and 11.8%, respectively). Compared to gross earnings of men, in transportation and storage gross earnings of women were on average 21.0% higher, in water supply, sewerage, waste management and remediation activities 15.9% higher and in construction 15.4% higher. Najvišje place za delo za oktober 2010 so bile izplacane v naslednjih dejavnostih: financne in zavarovalniške dejavnosti (2.064,50 EUR), informacijske in komunikacijske dejavnosti (2.046,15 EUR) in oskrba z elektricno energijo, plinom in paro (2.041,09 EUR); najnižje place pa so bile izplacane v drugih raznovrstnih poslovnih dejavnostih (956,47 EUR) in v dejavnosti gostinstvo (1.000,57 EUR). II. Zaposlene osebe v starostnem razredu 20–29 let z dodatnimi izplacili zaslužile malo manj kot 70 % vrednosti letne place zaposlenih v starostnem razredu 50–59 let; povprecna letna placa višja v vecjih poslovnih subjektih Na podlagi podatkov o povprecnih letnih placah – te vsebujejo tudi razlicna dodatna izplacila, npr. 13. placo – smo ugotovili, da je bila povprecna letna placa v Sloveniji za leto 2010 prav tako najvišja v dejavnosti financne in zavarovalniške dejavnosti (25.876 EUR) in da je bila od slovenskega povprecja (17.730 EUR) višja za 45,9 %. Za vec kot 40 % višji od slovenskega povprecja sta bili še povprecni letni placi v dejavnosti oskrba z elektricno energijo, plinom in paro (za 44,2 %) in v dejavnosti informacijske in komunikacijske dejavnosti (za 42,1 %). Najnižjo povprecno letno placo so imeli v drugih raznovrstnih poslovnih dejavnostih (za 33,5 % nižjo od slovenskega povprecja), le nekoliko višjo pa v dejavnosti gostinstvo (ta je za slovenskim povprecjem zaostajala za 31,5 %). Najnižje letne place pa so imele – pricakovano – zaposlene osebe v poklicni skupini poklici za preprosta dela, in sicer 10.522 EUR (moški 11.246 EUR, ženske 9.772 EUR). Zaposlene osebe iz poklicne skupine tehniki/tehnice, drugi strokovni sodelavci/druge strokovne sodelavke so za leto 2010 zaslužile v povprecju 72,8 % vrednosti povprecne place zaposlenih iz poklicne skupine strokovnjaki/strokovnjakinje. V ti dve poklicni skupini je spadalo namrec najvec zaposlenih oseb. Ko smo zaposlene razvrstili v 6 starostnih skupin, smo opazili, da so imele osebe v višjih starostnih razredih ustrezno višje povprecne letne place. Tako so na primer zaposlene osebe v starostnem razredu od 20 do 29 let za leto 2010 zaslužile 69,2 % vrednosti place zaposlenih oseb v starostnem razredu od 50 do 59 let. Taking into consideration main occupational groups, for 2010 average earnings were the highest in occupational group legislators, senior officials and managers (EUR 30,470; EUR 30,813 for men and EUR 29,760 for women). As expected, average earnings were the lowest in occupational group elementary occupations, where they amounted to EUR 10,522 (EUR 11,246 for men and EUR 9,772 for women). Employees in occupational group technicians and associate professionals for 2010 earned on average 72.8% of average earnings of employees in occupational group professionals. These two occupational groups employed the highest number of employees. When employees are classified into 6 age groups it was noticed that the higher the age group the higher the average earnings. For 2010 employees in the age group 20-29 years earned 69.2% of average earnings of employees in the age group 50-59 years. Osebe, zaposlene v poslovnih subjektih v javnem sektorju, so za leto 2010 v povprecju zaslužile 20.607 EUR, to je za 18,8 % vec, kot so zaslužile osebe, zaposlene v poslovnih subjektih v zasebnem sektorju (17.353 EUR). III. Mediana letne bruto place za leto 2010 za 18,9 % nižja od povprecne letne bruto place V letu 2010 je mediana letne bruto place znašala 14.385 EUR, to je za 18,9 % manj od zneska povprecne letne bruto place (17.730 EUR). To pomeni, da je 50 % zaposlenih oseb prejelo letno placo, ki je bila nižja od 14.385 EUR, 50 % pa placo, ki je bila višja od tega zneska. Mediana in povprecje se razlikujeta zato, ker je vecina zaposlenih oseb prejela placo, ki je bila nižja od povprecne, zato je mediana praviloma boljši kazalnik porazdelitve plac od povprecja. Mediana letne place zaposlenih moških je za leto 2010 znašala 14.405 EUR (povprecje: 17.957 EUR), letne place zaposlenih žensk pa 14.326 EUR (povprecje: 17.454 EUR). Nadalje je 1. kvartil letne place znašal 10.385 EUR (za moške 10.630 EUR, za ženske 10.160 EUR), 3. kvartil pa 20.658 EUR (za moške 20.191 EUR, za ženske 21.196 EUR). To pomeni, da je v Sloveniji za leto 2010 75 % zaposlenih prejemalo placo, višjo od 10.385 EUR, 25 % zaposlenih pa placo, višjo od 20.658 EUR. In business entities with at least 250 employees for 2010 average gross annual earnings amounted to EUR 19,297, which was 8.8% more than the Slovenian average. The lowest average earnings were recorded inmicro business entities (EUR 14,131), more than 20% lower than theaverage in Slovenia. For 2010 employees in the public sector earned on average EUR 20,607, which was 18.8% more than employees in the private sector (EUR 17,353). III. The median of annual earnings for men amounted to EUR 14,405 for 2010 (the average was EUR 17,957) and for women to EUR 14,326 (the average was EUR 17,454). Furthermore, the 1st quartile of annual earnings amounted to EUR 10,385 (EUR 10,630 for men and EUR 10,160 for women) and the 3rd quartile to EUR 20,658 (EUR 20,191 for men and EUR 21,196 for women). This means that 75% of employees in Slovenia received higher earnings than EUR 10,385 and 25% higher than EUR 20,658. Izplacila stimulativnega dela place1) najvišja v kulturnih, razvedrilnih in rekreacijskih dejavnostih, najnižja v poslovnih subjektih z manj kot 10 zaposlenimi osebami Izplacila stimulativnega dela place so v Sloveniji za leto 2010 v povprecju znašala 686 EUR (791 EUR za moške, 559 EUR za ženske). Z vidika dejavnosti so bila v povprecju najvišja v kulturnih, razvedrilnih in rekreacijskih dejavnostih (1.746 EUR; 2.200 EUR za moške, 1.328 EUR za ženske), najnižja pa v dejavnosti izobraževanje (229 EUR; 399 EUR za moške, 185 EUR za ženske). IV. Statisticne informacije, št. 3/2013 Rapid Reports No 3/2013 Izplacila stimulativnega dela place so bila v povprecju najvišja v poklicni skupini zakonodajalci/ke, visoki/e uradniki/ce, menedžerji/ke (1.172 EUR), sledili sta poklicni skupini tehniki/ce, drugi/e strokovni/e sodelavci/ke in uradniki/ce (933 EUR in 810 EUR). V mikro poslovnih subjektih so bila ta izplacila nižja, in sicer so v povprecju dosegla le 64,7 % povprecja v Sloveniji, v poslovnih subjektih z 10–49 zaposlenimi osebami in z 250 in vec zaposlenimi osebami pa so bila v vsakem v povprecju za 10,3 % višja od slovenskega povprecja. Vecja razlika se je pokazala tudi pri primerjavi podatkov o višini tega dela place po doseženi izobrazbi: zaposlene osebe z doseženo srednješolsko izobrazbo so za leto 2010 prejele v povprecju za 8,0 % nižji znesek, zaposlene osebe z doseženo višješolsko ali visokošolsko izobrazbo pa v povprecju za 34,2 % višji znesek stimulativnega dela place od slovenskega povprecja. V. Izplacila za nadurno delo2) v zasebnem sektorju višja kot v javnem sektorju; število placanih ur najvišje v poklicni skupiniupravljalci/ke strojev, industrijski/ke izdelovalci/ke in sestavljalci/ke Podatek o izplacilih za nadurno delo velja za oktober 2010, in sicer je izplacilo za nadurno delo v zasebnem sektorju v povprecju znašalo 22,69 EUR, v javnem sektorju pa 19,97 EUR na zaposleno osebo. VSloveniji so izplacila za nadurno delo znašala v povprecju 22,38 EUR(24,41 EUR za moške, 19,90 EUR za ženske). Ta izplacila so bila najvišja v dejavnostih zdravstvo in socialno varstvo (123,50 EUR) inrudarstvo (37,98 EUR); v dejavnosti zdravstvo in socialno varstvo je bilo v oktobru 2010 opravljenih v povprecju tudi najvec nadur, 7. VII. Povprecna letna bruto placa v Sloveniji je za leto 2010 dosegla 68,5 % povprecne letne bruto place v EU-27 3)4)5) Po podatkih Eurostata (glej grafikon 1) je bila povprecna letna bruto placa v EU-27 za leto 2010 najvišja na Danskem (54.970 EUR), potem vLuksemburgu (51.663 EUR) in Belgiji (43.388 EUR), povprecje za EU-27 pa je bilo 30.833 EUR. Najnižje povprecne letne bruto place so imeli v Bolgariji (4.618 EUR), Romuniji (6.098 EUR) in Litvi (7.138 EUR). Slovenija je bila s povprecno letno bruto placo v višini 21.135 EUR v skupini z Malto (18.794 EUR) in s Ciprom (26.926 EUR). Sicer je povprecna letna bruto placa v Sloveniji za leto 2010 dosegla 68,5 % vrednosti povprecne letne bruto place v EU-27 in 38,4 % vrednosti povprecne letne bruto place na Danskem; v primerjavi s povprecnimi letnimi bruto placami v sosednjih državah, clanicah EU, pa je bila nižja kot v Italiji (31.680 EUR) in Avstriji (38.895 EUR) in višja kot na Madžarskem (10.139 EUR). Data on the average values of holiday bonus show that the value depended on educational attainment or business entity. On average, higher educational attainment or a larger business entity means also a higher holiday bonus. VII. Average annual gross earnings in Slovenia for 2010 were 68.5% of those in the EU-27 3)4)5) According to Eurostat data (see Chart 1), for 2010 the highest averageannual gross earnings in the EU-27 were paid in Denmark (EUR 54,970), followed by Luxembourg (EUR 51,663) and Belgium (EUR 43,388), while the EU-27 average was EUR 30,833. The lowest average annual grossearnings were paid in Bulgaria (EUR 4,618), Romania (EUR 6,098) andLithuania (EUR 7,138). Slovenija se je s povprecno 29 dnevi dopusta (z 28 dnevi za moške, s 30 dnevi za ženske) uvrstila med države z najvecjim številom dni dopusta. Vec dni dopusta so imele samo še zaposlene osebe v Franciji, in sicer povprecno 30 dni (moški 30 dni, ženske 31 dni). Dalec najmanj dni dopusta so imele zaposlene osebe na Irskem, povprecno 14 dni (moški 17 dni, ženske 12 dni). Sledila je Litva s povprecno 18 dnevi dopusta (15 dni za moške, 20 dni za ženske); tukaj je bila tudi razlika v številu dni dopusta med spoloma najvecja. According to Eurostat data, in 2010 employees in the EU-27 were entitled to 25 days of holiday leave on average (men to 25 days and women to 24 days). With the average of 29 days (28 days for men and 30 days for women), Slovenia was among the countries with the highest number. The highest number was observed in France, where employees were entitled to 30 days of holiday leave on average (men to 30 days and women to 31 days). By far the lowest number of days of holiday leave was recorded in Ireland, 14 days on average (17 days for men and 12 days for women), followed by Lithuania with 18 days on average (15 days for men and 20 days for women, which was also the highest difference between men and women). Statisticne informacije, št. 3/2013 Rapid Reports No 3/2013 METODOLOŠKA OPOZORILA Podatki o letnih placah so preracunani, kot da bi zaposlena oseba delala celo obdobje (mesec in leto) s polnim delovnim casom. Pri mednarodnih primerjavah nista upoštevani dejavnosti kmetijstvo in lov, gozdarstvo, ribištvo in dejavnost javne uprave in obrambe, dejavnost obvezne socialne varnosti. Prav tako niso upoštevani poslovni subjekti z manj kot 10 zaposlenimi osebami. METODOLOŠKA POJASNILA Namen raziskovanja o strukturi place Z rezultati Raziskovanja o strukturi place želimo prikazati razlicne kategorije place (place, bonuse, regres, placane ure, cas, porabljen za dopust) glede na znacilnosti poslovnih subjektov oz. enot v sestavi (velikost, dejavnost, lastništvo itd.) in glede na znacilnosti zaposlenih oseb (spol, izobrazba, poklic itd.). Enote opazovanja Enote opazovanja so bile zaposlene osebe, ki so prejele placo pri pravnih in registriranih fizicnih osebah ali njihovih enotah v sestavi. Pravne in registrirane fizicne osebe so bile izbrane z vzorcem. Opis vzorca Vzorcni okvir Kot osnova za dolocitev vzorcnega okvira so bili uporabljeni podatki o poslovnih subjektih iz SRDAP in PRS in tem podatkom dodani podatki iz statisticnih raziskovanj Mesecno porocilo o izplacanih placah pri pravnih osebah in Mesecno porocilo o izplacanih placah pri registriranih fizicnih osebah in podatki o statusih iz drugih statisticnih raziskovanj. Podatki iz omenjenih raziskovanj so bili uporabljeni samo kot pomožni podatek pri dolocitvi velikih enot; te so bile vzorcene z gotovostjo. V koncni okvir je bilo vkljucenih 74.124 enot. Velikostni razred poslovnega subjekta je bil dolocen na podlagi podatka o številu zaposlenih oseb (vir: SRDAP) ter podatka o stroških dela (vir: zakljucni racuni, ocenjeni na ravni enote v sestavi). Kot veliki poslovni subjekti so bili opredeljeni tisti, ki so imeli 250 ali vec zaposlenih oseb ali katerih masa bruto place je presegla 450.000 EUR. Drugi poslovni subjekti so bili razdeljeni v tri velikostne razrede: srednje veliki (od 50 do 249 zaposlenih oseb), mali (od 10 do 49 zaposlenih oseb) in mikro (manj kot 10 zaposlenih oseb). Kot druga in tretja stratifikacijska spremenljivka sta bili uporabljeni dejavnost po Standardni klasifikaciji dejavnosti 2008 in razdelitev po kohezijskih regijah. Vzorec V koncni vzorec za leto 2010 je bilo vkljucenih 3.086 poslovnih subjektov ali njihovih enot v sestavi, porocevalske enote pa so morale sporociti zahtevane podatke o placah vseh oseb, zaposlenih v poslovnem subjektu ali enoti v sestavi, ki je bila izbrana v vzorec. Pri razporeditvi števil enot vzorca po stratumih je bila uporabljena optimalna alokacija glede na število zaposlenih; v tistih stratumih, v katerih je izracun po optimalni alokaciji dal manj kot 8 enot, je bilo vzorcenih 8 enot, ce pa je bilo v stratumu manj kot 8 enot, so bile vzorcene vse enote. Vzorec je bil izbran sistematicno; pri tem so bile enote v vsakem stratumu sortirane po 5-mestni številcni oznaki (šifri) dejavnosti po Standardni klasifikaciji dejavnosti 2008, da je zagotovljena implicitna stratifikacija na najnižji ravni dejavnosti. Ker pri izbranem vzorcnem nacrtu ni kontrole nad tem, za koliko zaposlenih oseb nam bo enota sporocala podatke, je bila v aplikacijo za METHODOLOGICAL NOTES Annual earnings data are calculated as if a person in paid employment had worked full time for a whole period (month and year). At international comparisons activities Agriculture, forestry and fishing and Public administration and defence, compulsory social security are not taken into consideration. Business entities with fewer than 10 employees are not included. METHODOLOGICAL EXPLANATIONS Purpose of the Structure of Earnings Survey With the Structure of Earnings Survey we wish to show different earnings categories (earnings, bonuses, holiday bonus, paid hours, days of holiday leave, etc.) by different characteristic of business entities or their units (size class, activity, ownership, etc.) and by characteristic of employees (sex, education, occupation, etc.). Observation units Observation units were persons in paid employment, employed by legal and registered natural persons or their units. Legal and registered natural persons or their units were selected with a sample. Sample description Sampling frame As a basis for creating the sampling frame, data from SRE and BR were used to which data from two statistical surveys – Monthly Report on Earnings Paid by Legal Persons and Monthly Report on Earnings Paid by Registered Natural Persons – and statuses from other statistical surveys were added. In this case data from the above mentioned surveys were used only as auxiliary data in determining large units that will be sampled with certainty. In the final sampling frame 74,124 units were included. Size classes were determined on the basis of the data on the number of employees (source: SRE) as well as data on labour costs (source: final accounts estimated at the level of local units). Large business entities were those with 250 and more employees or with labour costs exceeding EUR 450,000. Other business entities were divided into three size classes: medium-sized (from 50 to 249 employees), small (from 10 to 49 employees) and micro (with fewer than 10 employees). As the second and third stratification variables activity (by the Standard Classification of Activities 2008 (NACE Rev. 2)) and cohesion regions were used. Sample The final sample size for 2010 was 3,086 business entities or their units. Reporting units had to report data for all employees in the business entity or unit selected in the sample. In the distribution of sample units by strata, optimum allocation by the number of employees was used, while in those strata where the calculation by optimum allocation yielded fewer than 8 units 8 units were sampled, i.e. if there were fewer than 8 units in the stratum, all units were sampled. Systematic sample selection was applied, sorting the units within each stratum by five-digit Standard Classification of Activities 2008 (NACE Rev. 2) codes and thus ensuring implicit stratification at the lowest level of activity. Because in the case of the selected sampling plan it cannot be controlled for how many employees the unit will report data, it was decided to Statisticne informacije, št. 3/2013 Rapid Reports No 3/2013 sporocanje podatkov vgrajena dodatna kontrola; ce je ta zaznala, da je poslovni subjekt sporocil podatke za premalo zaposlenih oseb (glede na podatek iz SRDAP), ga je na to opozorila. Zajetje V Raziskovanje o strukturi place so bile zajete vse zaposlene osebe s pogodbo o zaposlitvi, zaposlene pri pravnih ali registriranih fizicnih osebah ali v njihovih enotah v sestavi, iz opisanega vzorca. V raziskovanje niso zajete osebe, ki delajo po podjemnih pogodbah (pogodbah o delu) in avtorskih pogodbah, ucenci in študenti na praksi, osebe, ki opravljajo javna dela, napotene zaposlene osebe (detaširani delavci) ter osebe, najete preko študentskega servisa. Nacin zbiranja podatkov Podatke o strukturi place zbiramo vsaka štiri leta z vprašalnikom Raziskovanje o strukturi place na podlagi Uredbe Evropskega sveta (ES) št. 530/1999, uredb Evropske komisije (ES) št. 1916/2000 in (ES) 1738/2005, Zakona o državni statistiki (Uradni list Republike Slovenije, št. 45/95 in 9/01) in letnega programa statisticnih raziskovanj. Natancnost ocen Ker v raziskovanje niso vkljucene vse enote ciljne populacije, temvec le izbran slucajni vzorec, se pri ocenah populacijskih vrednosti pojavijo vzorcne napake. Velikost vzorcne napake je odvisna od vzorcnega nacrta, velikosti vzorca in variabilnosti podatkov. Zato so ocene razlicno natancne. Uporabnike statisticnih podatkov opozorimo na manjšo natancnost ocene tako, da takšno oceno opremimo s posebno opozorilno oznako ali pa je sploh ne objavimo. Ce je koeficient variacije (CV) ocene - 10 % ali manj (CV<=10 %), je ocena dovolj natancna, zato je objavljena brez omejitve; - v intervalu od 10 % do vkljucno 30 % (10 %30 %), je ocena za objavo premalo natancna, zato je nadomešcena s crko N. DEFINICIJE PODATKI ZA REFERENCNI MESEC (OKTOBER) BRUTO PLACA vsebuje znesek izplacane bruto place za referencni mesec (oktober), tudi ce je bila v resnici izplacana zunaj placilnega obdobja, vkljucno s placilom nadur, dodatkov (za delovno dobo, deljeni delovni cas, izmensko delo, nocno delo, delo ob nedeljah, praznikih in dela prostih dnevih, za dežurstva, za pripravljenost na domu, dodatka zaradi izpostavljenosti nevarnostim in neprijetnostim delovnega okolja), z gibljivim in stimulativnim delom place, ki se izplacujeta redno v vsakem placilnem obdobju, tudi ce so zneski vsak mesec drugacni (npr. stimulacije, ce se izplacujejo vsak mesec), z nadomestili plac za placano odsotnost (dopust, prazniki in dela prosti dnevi, bolniške odsotnosti do 30 dni), za cas prekinitve dela zaradi elementarnih nezgod, izpada energije, okvare strojev in naprav, pomanjkanja surovin, zaradi stavk in drugih primerov, dolocenih z zakonom, s kolektivno pogodbo ali internim aktom. Coverage The Structure of Earnings Survey covered all persons in paid employment with employment contracts working for legal or registered natural persons or their units from the mentioned sample. Method of data collection Data on the structure of earnings are collected every four years with the Structure of Earnings Survey on the basis of Council Regulation (EC) No. 530/1999, Commission Regulation (EC) No. 1916/2000, Commission Regulation (EC) No. 1738/2005, the National Statistics Act (OJ RS, No. 45/95 and No. 9/01) and the Annual Programme of Statistical Surveys. Precision of estimates Because the survey does not include all units of the target population but only a selected random sample, sampling errors appear in estimates. The size of the sampling error is determined by the sampling design, the sample size and the variability of data. Therefore, the precision of estimates can vary. The Statistical Office of the Republic of Slovenia draws attention to less precise estimates by flagging them with a special sign or by not publishing them at all. If the coefficient of variation (CV) of the estimate is - 10% or below (CV<=10%) the estimate is of acceptable precision and is published without limitations; - in the interval from 10% and up to 30% (10%30%), the estimate is too imprecise to be published and therefore suppressed for use by letter N. DEFINITIONS DATA FOR THE REFERENCE MONTH (OCTOBER) GROSS EARNINGS are amounts of paid gross earnings for the reference month (October) even if payments were paid outside the payment period. They also cover payments for overtime, working span bonus, shift work bonus, divided working hours bonus, turn of duty, waiting for work at home, night work, overtime work, work on Sundays, public holidays and days off, bonuses for dangerous working environment, bonuses for constancy and for working with clients. Also included are bonuses and allowances paid regularly in each pay period, even if the amount varies monthly, payments for periods of absence and work stoppage paid for entirely by the employer (compensation of employees' earnings during sickness (sick leave shorter than 30 days), due to occupational disease or accident at work, compensation of employees' earnings for annual holiday, public holidays and days off, training, retraining or additional training, interruption of work due to natural disasters, electricity cut-out, breakdown of machinery and equipment, lack of raw material, strikes and other cases defined by law, a collective agreement or internal rules. Excluded are payments which do not refer to the reference month (October), bonuses and allowances not paid regularly in each pay period (such as 13th month payment), reimbursements, payments in kind, holiday bonus, payments for working clothes and equipment, for travelling from/to work, for food and for voluntary supplementary pension insurance. Vsebuje celotni znesek nadurnega izplacila (osnova z dodatkom za nadure), in ne samo zneska dodatka. IZPLACILA DODATKOV ZA DELO V POSEBNIH POGOJIH vsebuje znesek izplacila dodatkov za delo v posebnih pogojih: za deljeni delovni cas, za izmensko delo, za nocno delo, za delo ob nedeljah, praznikih in dela prostih dnevih, ce se to delo ne obravnava kot nadurno delo, za dežurstva, za pripravljenost na domu, zaradi izpostavljenosti nevarnostim in neprijetnostim delovnega okolja. ŠTEVILO PLACANIH UR vsebuje število opravljenih ur (v polnem delovnem casu ali delovnem casu, krajšem ali daljšem od polnega delovnega casa) in število neopravljenih, a placanih ur (dopust, prazniki in dela prosti dnevi, bolniške odsotnosti do 30 dni in druge placane, a ne opravljene ure. PODATKI ZA REFERENCNO LETO (2010) BRUTO PLACA vsebuje znesek letne bruto place zaposlene osebe za referencno leto (znesek osnovne bruto place, placila za nadure, dodatka za delovno dobo, dodatkov za izmensko delo, za delo v deljenem delovnem casu, za dežurstva, za pripravljenost na domu, za nocno delo, za nadurno delo, za delo ob nedeljah, praznikih in dela prostih dnevih, dodatkov zaradi izpostavljenosti nevarnostim in neprijetnostim delovnega okolja, dodatkov za stalnost in za delo s strankami), znesek gibljivih in stimulativnih delov place (izplacil na podlagi osebne delovne uspešnosti in uspešnosti poslovanja, na podlagi periodicnega obracuna in zakljucnega racuna, izplacil trinajste place, božicnice ali kakor koli drugace poimenovane place, ki je opredeljena v kolektivni pogodbi ali internem aktu poslovnega subjekta), nadomestil place za cas letnega dopusta, državnih praznikov in dela prostih dni, za cas bolniške odsotnosti do 30 dni, za cas napotitve na izobraževanje, napotitve na prekvalifikacijo ali dokvalifikacijo, za cas prekinitve dela zaradi elementarnih nezgod, izpada energije, okvare strojev in naprav, pomanjkanja surovin, stavk in drugih primerov, dolocenih z zakonom, s kolektivno pogodbo ali z internim aktom. Ne vsebuje zneskov refundacij (za bolniške odsotnosti nad 30 dni, dodatkov za nego …), odpravnin, regresov, izplacil v naravi, povracil ali placil stroškov za prevoz, prehrano, dnevnic itd. IZPLACILO GIBLJIVEGA IN STIMULATIVNEGA DELA PLACE vsebuje zneske vseh gibljivih in stimulativnih delov place, ki se ne izplacujejo redno v vsakem placilnem obdobju (izplacil na podlagi osebne delovne uspešnosti in uspešnosti poslovanja, na podlagi periodicnega obracuna in zakljucnega racuna, trinajste place, božicnice ali kakor koli drugace poimenovane place, ki je opredeljena v kolektivni pogodbi ali internem aktu poslovnega subjekta). PAYMENTS FOR OVERTIME are amounts paid for overtime performed in the reference month (October) and paid with earnings for the reference month (October), including the basic amount and the overtime bonus. HOLIDAY BONUS is the amount of gross bonus payment for holiday leave for the reference year. DAYS OF ANNUAL HOLIDAY LEAVE is the number of days of annual holiday leave to which the employee was entitled in the reference year. PAYMENTS IN KIND include payments in kind (benefits) evaluated in cash and received by a person in paid employment (payments in the form of products or services, goods coupons, costs of personal use of company cars by employees, parking, purchasing and using mobile phones, staff housing, loans with interest lower then bank’s interest or even without interest, discounts for products and services, right to purchase stocks by lower price, insurance and similar payments in kind). PAMENTS FOR MEALS include the amount of payments for meal paid by employer for the reference year. PAYMENTS FOR TRAVEL FROM/TO WORK include the amount of payments for travel costs paid by employer for the reference year.
