APPOINTMENT OF COUNCILLOR DOTT. GIOACCHINO ZERBONI AS „COMMISSARIO PER LA LIQUIDAZIONE DEGLI USI CIVICI“
WHEREAS it is deemed advisable to appoint, pursuant to article 27 of the Law 16 June 1927, No. 1766, a „Commissario per la liquidazione degli Usi Civici^ to replace Councillor Doti. Giuseppe OBLAK, resigned, in that part of the Free Territory of Trieste administered by the. British-United States Forces,
NOW, THEREFORE, I, SIR JOHN W IN TER TON, KCMG, CB, CBE, Major General, Zone Commander,
ORDER:
1.	— Dott. Gioacchino ZERBONI, Councillor of the Court of Appeal of Trieste, is hereby appointed, pursuant to article 27 of the Law 16 June 1927, No. 1766, „Commissario per la liquidazione degli Usi Civici“ to replace Councillor Dott. Giuseppe OBLAK, resigned.
2.	—• Administrative Order No. 8, dated 22 September 1947 and Administrative Order No. 25, dated 1 May 1952, are hereby repealed.
3.	— This Order shall become effective on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette and shall be operative as from 1 January 1953.

MINIMUM WAGES FOR PERSONNEL IN THE EMPLOY OF FIRMS RUNNING PETROL DISTRIBUTION SERVICES FOR MOTORCARS AND MOTORCYCLES
NOTICE is hereby given that the Minimum Wages Arbitration Board established pursuant to Order No. 63 doled 1 December 1947 has issued in respect of personnel in the employ of firms running petrol distribution,sei'vices for motor-cars and motor-cycles, not members of category associations or not subject to collective contracts, the following Award :
ARTICOLO 1
A partire dal 1° dicembre 1952 ai dipendenti cui il presente lodo si riferisce sarà applicata 1’ indennità di contingenza in vigore nel settore industriale con tutte le eventuali modificazioni future.
ARTICOLO 2
A partire dalla stessa data prevista nelTarticolo precedente al personale in servizio di età inferiore ai 20 anni saranno applicate le seguenti riduzioni sul salario base :
dal 18° al 20°	armo............il	20%
dal 10° al 18°	anno............il	35%
sotto il 10° ..................il	50%
Così pure agli addetti alla lavatura e alTingrassatura e alla vendita sul piazzale, sarà concessa un’indennità per maneggio di denaro corrispondente al 10% del salario base.

Il	presente lodo costituisce parte integrante del lodo pubblicato con l’avviso No. 43 sulla Gazzetta Ufficiale di data 21 luglio 1952, e del medesimo seguirà le sorti.

Sarà considerata legittima una richiesta di revisione del presente lodo antèrioie alla scadenza prevista all’art. 1, solamente nel caso in cui avesse a subire delle modificazioni il trattamento economico del personale disciplinato dal contratto collettivo di categoria.

MINIMUM WAGES FOR WORKERS EMPLOYED BY IRON MANUFACTURING CONCERNS
NOTICE is hereby given that the Minimum Wages Arbitration Board established pursuant to Order No. 63 dated 1 December 1917, has issued in respect of workers employed by iron manufacturing concerns, not members of category associations, the following Award :

L’efficacia del lodo pubblicato con l’Avviso n. 7 sulla Gazzetta Ufficiale dd. 21 febbraio 1952 s’intende prorogata sino al 31 ottobre 1953 con ia modificazione indicata nell’articolo che segue.. '	: " .	’ '
ARTICOLO 2
Gli scatti di anzianità per il personale impiegatizio, previsti dall’art. 1 elei lodò pubblicato * con ravviso n. 38 sulla Gazzetta Ufficiale dd. 1 luglio 1950, a partire dai 1° dicembre 1952 anziché esser calcolati solamente sullo stipendio base, lo saranno anche sulla relativa indennità di contingenza.
Il ricalcolo di tali scatti, per quello che si riferisce all’ indennità di contingenza, si effettuerà alla fine di ogni anno solare e avrà applicazione al 1° gennaio dell’anno successivo.
Viceversa, per quello che concerne gli scatti maturati nel periodo 1° luglio 1930 - 30 novembre 1952, saranno concessi degli importi convenzionali di rivalutazione in numero uguale a quello degli scatti maturati, della misura sottoindicata :

Per il personale femminile gli importi suddetti saranno ridotti della stessa percentuale prevista per l’indennità di contingenza.

Sarà considerata legittima una richiesta di revisione del presente lodo in data anteriore alla scadenza prevista all’art. 1, solamente nel caso in cui avesse a subire delle modificazioni il trattarilento economico del personale disciplinato dal contratto di categoria.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Minimum Wages Arbitration Board, constituted pursuant to Order No. 63 dated 1 December 1947, has issued in respect of non clerical personnel employed by firms operating licensed autobus-lines, not members of category associations or not subject to collective contracts, the following Award :

L’efficacia del lodo pubblicato con l’avviso n. 20 sulla Gazzetta Ufficiale dd. 1 aprile 1952 s’ intende prorogata fino al 31 ottobre 1953 con l’aggiunta indicata nell’articolo che segue.
ARTICOLO 2
A partire dal 1° dicembre 1952 gli scatti triennali del 4% previsti dall’articolo 3 del lodo citato in premessa, i quali verranno a maturare successivamente a tale data, saranno calcolati invece che sul salario base, sulla retribuzione globale comprensiva cioè anche dell’ indennità di contingenza.
Per quello che. concerne viceversa gli scatti triennali già acquisiti dal dipendente alla, data 30 novembre 1952, dovranno esser corrisposte tante quote forfettarie di rivalutazione quanti saranno stati gli scatti maturati, nella misura indicata in appresso :
Autista di autobus con rimorchio o oper. spec...........................   L.	260
• Autista di autobus senza rimorchio o	oper. qual........................ L.	235
Fattorino bigliettaio o man. spec......................................... L.	225
Custodi, portieri, guardiani, fattorini	uff. o manovali comuni............ L.	200
Gli importi derivanti dall’applicazione del comma precedente, saranno corrisposti mensilmente ai lavoratori uniti al salario base.
ARTICOLO 3
Sarà considerata legittima ima richiesta di revisione anteriore alla predetta scadenza solamente nel caso in cui avesse a subire delle modificazioni il trattamento economico del personale disciplinato dal relativo contratto di categoria.
