AMENDMENT TO ORDER No. 237/1950
PROVISIONS GOVERNING THE APPLICATION OF THE FISCAL PRIVILEGE PROVIDED FOR BY ORDER No. 128/1950 RELATING TO KEROSENE DESTINED FOR LIGHTING ELEMENTS USED ON FISHING BOATS
WHEREAS it is deemed opportune to amend Order No. 237 dated 16 December 1950 containing provisions governing the application of the fiscal privilege provided for by Order No. 128/1950 relating to kerosene destined for lighting elements used on fishing boats in that part of the Free Territory of Trieste administered by the British-United States Forces,
NOW, THEREFORE, I, CHARLES C. BLANCHARD, Brigadier General U.S. Army,

ORDER:
ARTICLE I
Article XI of Order No. 237 dated 16 December 1950 is hereby cancelled and substituted by the following :
„ARTICLE XI
„The distribution of coloured kerosene to consumers shall be made by warehouse operators against production of a purchase coupon issued by „Consorzio Territoriale per la Tutela „della Pesca“. Each coupon shall give the name of the craft, the number of lamps, of mantles „and the candle power as well as the average consumption per hour of operation. The said coupons „shall consist of four parts, of which the first part shall be retained by the issuing Authority, „the second part delivered to, and retained by, the special distribution warehouse, from which „the fisherman purchases the kerosene, which shall attach the second part of the coupon „to its own stock-book to evidence the delivery, the third part shall be kept by the purchasing „fisherman, and the fourth part shall be delivered by the special warehouse operator to the local „Finance Guard Command for eventual control.“
ARTICLE II
This Order shall become effective on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.

EXTENSION OF THE PROVISIONS CONCERNING TEMPORARY PROFESSIONAL LICENCES
WHEREAS it is deemed advisable to extend the provisions concerning temporary professional licences to those persons who have taken their degree in Engineering, Economics and Commerce within that part of the Free Territory of Trieste administered by the British- United States Forces,

ORDER:
ARTICLE I
The provisions of Order No. 223, dated 6 September 1946, as amended by Orders No. 344, dated 11 April 1947, and No. 229, dated 14 December 1949, concerning the suspension of State examinations for professional qualification and the issuance of certificates of temporary qualification for professional practice, are hereby extended to those persons who have taken their degree in Engineering, Economics and Commerce at the University of Trieste during the examination period of the academic year 1949-50.
ARTICLE II
This Order shall become effective on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.

Order No. 85
ENLARGEMENT OF THE AREA OF THE ZAULE INDUSTRIAL PORT
WHEREAS it is considered advisable to enlarge the existing area of the Zaule Industrial Port established by Order No. 102 dated 12 May 1949 as extended in „Annex A 1“ of Order No. 118 dated 26 June 1950, in that part oj the Free Territory of Trieste admin-istred by the British-United States Forces,
NOW, THEREFORE, I, CHARLES C. BLANCHARD, Brigadier General U.S. Army, Director General, Civil Affairs,
ORDER:
ARTICLE I
Section 1. — The area coloured red in the plan attached to this Order is hereby included in the boundaries of the Zaule Industrial Port as limited by Order No. 118 dated 26 June 1950. The limits of the area of the Zaule Industrial Port are therefore accordingly modified.
Section 2. — The plan mentioned in the foregoing section marked „Annex A 2“ is deposited at the Department of Legal Affairs where it may be freely inspected by all persons interested.
ARTICLE II

Order No. 86
FIXING THE DATE OF COMMUNAL ELECTIONS
WHEREAS it is necessary to fix the date on which the communal elections provided for by Article XIII of Order No. 38 dated 20 February 1951 are to be held in that part of the Free Territory of Trieste administered by the British-United States Forces (hereinafter referred to as the „Zone“),

ARTICLE I
The elections of the Communal Councils of the Zone shall be held respectively : on Sunday 7th October 1951 in the Commune of Trieste and on Sunday 14th October 1951 in all other Communes.

DELAY OF EVICTIONS FROM DWELLING PREMISES
WHEREAS it is deemed opportune to issue further provisions concerning evictions from dwelling premises in that part of the Free Territory of Trieste administered by the British-United States Forces,
NOW, THEREFORE, I, CHARLES C. BLANCHARD, Brigadier General U.S. Army, Director General, Civil Affairs,
ORDER:
ARTICLE I
In addition to the delay permitted under Article XXXIII of Order No. 175 dated 20 September 1950 the Pretore is empowered to grant, in cases foreseen in said Article further delays of the evictions for a period net exceeding one year.
ARTICLE II
The delay foreseen in the preceding Article shall apply also to evictions from dwelling premises owned by the „Istituto Nazionale per le Case degli Impiegati dello Stato“ (I. N.C.I. S.), by the „Istituto Autonomo per le Case Popolari“ (I.A.C.P.) and similar institutions.

AUTHORITY TO CHANGE THE SURNAME
WHEREAS BESTIACO Mario of late Carlo and of late Teresa BORDON, born in Fa-renzano di Capodistria on April 3, 1921 and residing in Trieste, Via E. De Amicis No. 2, has complied with the Law formalities required to obtain the change of his surname into that of „BAST I-CO“ according to the authority granted to him by the Director of Legal Affairs on February 1st, 1951 and
WHEREAS said person has now made application in order that the requested change of surname be effected and be valid also in respect of his wife RIBERA Elena and of his minor sons Oiancarlo and Giuliano, and
WHEREAS the provisions of Titolo VIII chapter I of R.D. No. 1328 of July 9, 1939 on the Rules and Regulations of the Civil Status have been complied with and no objections have been raised,

RE-APPOINTMENT OF THE PRESIDENT OF „ENTE DEL PORTO INDUSTRIALS DI ZAULE“
WHEREAS the office of the President of the „Ente del Porto Industrials di Zaule" appointed by Administrative Order No. 30 dated 8 June 1949 in accordance with Article III, Section 1 (a) of Order No. 104 dated 12 May 1949 will expire on 7 June 1951 ; and
WHEREAS it is deemed opportune to renew such appointment,

ORDER:
1.	Pursuant to Articles III, Section 1 (a) and V of Order No. 104 dated 12 May 1949 Avv. Bruno Forti is hereby re-appointed President of the „Ente del Porto Industriale di Zaule“ for the period of two years as from 8 June 1951.
2.	This Order shall become effective on the date it is signed by me.

WHEREAS it is deemed advisable to repeal the temporary appointment of Mr. Attilio ZANINI as Inspector of the „Ente Nazionale di Previdenza ed Assistenza per i Dipendenti Statali“, made by Administrative Order No. 18, dated 29 December 1945, and to appoint Dott. Mario SPINA as Manager of the said Office for that part of the Free Territory of Trieste administered by the British-United States Forces (hereinafter referred to as the „Zone“) ;

ORDER:
1.	The appointment of Mr. Attilio ZANINI as Inspector of the „Ente Nazionale di Previdenza ed Assistenza per i Dipendenti Statali“, made by Administrative Order No. 18, dated 29 December 1945, is hereby repealed.
2.	Dott. Mario SPINA is hereby appointed as Manager of the „Ente Nazionale di Previdenza ed Assistenza per i Dipendenti Statali“ for the Zone.
3.	This Order shall become effective on the date it is signed by me.
