A., Trieste - 1951 ALLIED MILITARY GOVERNMENT British - United States Zone-Free Territory of Trieste Order No. 83 AMENDMENT TO ORDER No. 237/1950 PROVISIONS GOVERNING THE APPLICATION OF THE FISCAL PRIVILEGE PROVIDED FOR BY ORDER No. 128/1950 RELATING TO KEROSENE DESTINED FOR LIGHTING ELEMENTS USED ON FISHING BOATS WHEREAS it is deemed opportune to amend Order No. 237 dated 16 December 1950 containing provisions governing the application of the fiscal privilege provided for by Order No. 128/1950 relating to kerosene destined for lighting elements used on fishing boats in that part of the Free Territory of Trieste administered by the British-United States Forces, NOW, THEREFORE, I, CHARLES C. BLANCHARD, Brigadier General U.S. Army, Director General, Civil Affairs, ORDER: ARTICLE I Article XI of Order No. 237 dated 16 December 1950 is hereby cancelled and substituted by the following : „ARTICLE XI „The distribution of coloured kerosene to consumers shall be made by warehouse operators against production of a purchase coupon issued by „Consorzio Territoriale per la Tutela „della Pesca“. Each coupon shall give the name of the craft, the number of lamps, of mantles „and the candle power as well as the average consumption per hour of operation. The said coupons „shall consist of four parts, of which the first part shall be retained by the issuing Authority, „the second part delivered to, and retained by, the special distribution warehouse, from which „the fisherman purchases the kerosene, which shall attach the second part of the coupon „to its own stock-book to evidence the delivery, the third part shall be kept by the purchasing „fisherman, and the fourth part shall be delivered by the special warehouse operator to the local „Finance Guard Command for eventual control.“ ARTICLE II This Order shall become effective on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette. Army Ref. : LD/A/51/85 Director General, Civil Affairs EXTENSION OF THE PROVISIONS CONCERNING TEMPORARY PROFESSIONAL LICENCES WHEREAS it is deemed advisable to extend the provisions concerning temporary professional licences to those persons who have taken their degree in Engineering, Economics and Commerce within that part of the Free Territory of Trieste administered by the British- United States Forces, NOW, THEREFORE, I, CHARLES C. BLANCHARD, Brigadier General U.S. Army, Director General, Civil Affairs ORDER: ARTICLE I The provisions of Order No. 223, dated 6 September 1946, as amended by Orders No. 344, dated 11 April 1947, and No. 229, dated 14 December 1949, concerning the suspension of State examinations for professional qualification and the issuance of certificates of temporary qualification for professional practice, are hereby extended to those persons who have taken their degree in Engineering, Economics and Commerce at the University of Trieste during the examination period of the academic year 1949-50. Section 2. — The plan mentioned in the foregoing section marked „Annex A 2“ is deposited at the Department of Legal Affairs where it may be freely inspected by all persons interested. BLANCHARD, Brigadier General U.S. Army, Director General, Civil Affairs, ORDER: ARTICLE I In addition to the delay permitted under Article XXXIII of Order No. 175 dated 20 September 1950 the Pretore is empowered to grant, in cases foreseen in said Article further delays of the evictions for a period net exceeding one year. ARTICLE II The delay foreseen in the preceding Article shall apply also to evictions from dwelling premises owned by the „Istituto Nazionale per le Case degli Impiegati dello Stato“ (I. N.C.I.
