In the today's web environment video-communication is becoming more and more common and inevitable. The paper first presents various options for such communication and proceeds to present a practical example of the use of Skype, Hangout in Google Apps for Education, as well as VOX-videoconferences, all done by the librarians and computer technician at Primary School Ivan Cankar Vrhnika. The best practice example of the use of various ways of doing videoconferencing (Skype, Google hangout, VOX-videoconference) and execution of the videoconference within the course Library and information knowledge and elective course Multimedia was presented at the professional conference The use of ICT in school libraries 3.
