Librarian and teacher of 1st triad at Primary school Ivan Cankar Vrhnika have undertaken the task of making an e-picture book. Litarary text Bobek and boat by Anja Štefan was adapted to a newyear story and finished as an e-picture book which can be accessed on school library web site. The e-picture book was created with Windows Movie maker and Audocity softwares which were used to record and edit the sound part of the book. When finished, this e-picture book was published on Arnes video portal. This portal is different from public stream video portals in that it only contains educational and research materials, that author identities are digitally verified and offer a high level of reliability, and that it also enables the option of limiting the access to recording to inviduals of organizations. The authors have chosen the e-format to add value to the text, and because the users can access it at any time, regardless of the number of simultaneous users.
