The article explores emotions as a fundamental form of human intuition guiding individuals toward authentic relationships, secure attachment, and per -sonal faith. It emphasizes that emotions are not an obstacle to spiritual growth but an inner compass fostering compassion, connection, and maturity. The author highlights the role of secure attachment in developing emotional regulation, em-pathy, and spiritual depth, as well as the transformation of intergenerational emo-tional patterns within safe relationships. In a theological context, secure attach-ment is presented as a reflection of humanity’s creation in the image of God – as a relationship of complete safety and trust that enables the integration of emo-tions into faith and the life of the community.
